ICS Parser
Privacy policy
ICSParser is developed by AVBelousov. This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app and its pages on belant.ink.
Files and local history
The app reads files you choose and processes calendar contents on your device. It does not upload those files or event contents to us or Firebase. Local import history can contain file and calendar names, identifiers and event details needed to review or undo changes. History records can be removed in the app; removing a record does not delete calendar events.
Calendar access and syncing
With your permission, ICSParser reads existing events to check duplicates and saves the imports, updates or undo actions you choose. Events in your selected calendar may sync through iCloud or another calendar provider according to your settings. Local app data may also be included in device backups. Those services are governed by the relevant provider’s policies.
App usage analytics
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase receives app actions and results, such as import steps and purchase outcomes, grouped event counts, language and store region. Firebase also processes an app-instance identifier and technical information about the device and app. We do not send file names, calendar identifiers, event titles or other calendar contents to Firebase. Advertising in version 1.2.1 is described separately below.
On a new installation, analytics starts at first launch. Previously saved choices are preserved. You can turn it off in the app Settings; this stops collection and resets the local Firebase analytics identifier. The switch does not delete information already sent. Previously collected data is subject to the configured Google Analytics retention settings.
Advertising and tracking
From version 1.2.1, the Free version may show ads served by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process your IP address and approximate location, device identifiers, ads viewed and interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic data to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and improve their services. We do not send your ICS files or calendar contents to AdMob.
Where required, the app asks for advertising consent and provides Advertising privacy in Settings so you can review your choices. iOS separately asks whether to allow tracking. Refusing does not block imports; ads can still appear without IDFA. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. The analytics switch controls Firebase usage analytics separately. Pro has no ads.
Purchases
Apple handles purchases and payment information through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit to check access to Pro; we do not receive your payment card details. The app keeps purchase status and technical identifiers locally. When analytics is enabled, it may send Apple a randomly generated purchase token to associate a purchase with its original app flow. That token and transaction identifiers are not sent to Firebase.
This website
These pages are hosted on DigitalOcean and do not use analytics or advertising scripts. Routine HTTP access logging is disabled for this site. Server error logs may be retained for operation and troubleshooting and can contain technical connection information. No fixed retention period is specified for those error logs.
Your chosen website language is saved in your browser so the site can keep that preference. You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Email is handled through iCloud Mail, a Apple service. We use these messages to respond and investigate your request. You can contact us about access to or deletion of support correspondence.
