Check your inputs
Check the cards, board and opponent’s range. A card cannot appear twice, and a range must contain available combinations. Results depend on these inputs and their weights.
Restore purchases
Use Restore in the Premium purchase screen with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Check your connection. Manage subscriptions and request refunds through Apple using the links below; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Include your device, app version, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, card details or private hand histories you do not want to share.
