Agreement

These Terms apply to the Equity Lab app (the “App”). The App license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms supplement that agreement for the App's features, purchases and poker-analysis content. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.

By downloading, installing, purchasing or using the App, you agree to both agreements. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose and responsibility

Equity Lab is a poker study, range-building and equity-analysis tool. It does not offer real-money games, accept wagers or handle gambling deposits or withdrawals.

You must comply with applicable laws and the rules of poker rooms, websites, events and other organizations. Do not use the App where analysis tools or outside assistance are prohibited.

2. Premium and purchases

Premium is available through monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase. Features, duration and the current localized price are shown before purchase. Apple processes payments through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment-card details.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's applicable terms and mandatory local rights.
• Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the renewal price shown by Apple.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

A lifetime purchase unlocks the Premium features offered with that product without recurring subscription charges. “Lifetime” means the supported lifetime of the App; it does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.

Use the App's Restore control to restore eligible purchases. Apple handles billing, cancellations and refunds under its terms and policies; we do not issue App Store refunds directly.

3. Calculations and study material

Poker involves uncertainty and variance. Calculations, ranges, charts and other outputs are for study and information; they do not guarantee wins, profit or any particular result.

Results depend on your cards, ranges, weights, rules and other inputs. The App and its content may contain errors, omissions, approximations or unsuitable assumptions. Built-in ranges are references, not universal instructions: strategy varies with the game, stack, rake, opponents and other conditions. You are responsible for your decisions and results.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the App unlawfully or in breach of applicable rules.
• Use it to operate or facilitate a real-money gambling service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or derive its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits this.
• Circumvent purchase or access controls.
• Interfere with its operation or harm another person or service.

5. Intellectual property

The App's software, interface, graphics, text, branding, documentation and included content are owned by or licensed to the developer and protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are transferred beyond the limited license under the Apple Standard EULA.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

6. Availability and changes

Where permitted by law, we may update the App, correct data, change or remove features, or discontinue support. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Apple Standard EULA's warranty, disclaimer and liability provisions apply. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without additional warranties. We are not liable for gambling losses, strategy decisions, lost profits or data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

Nothing here excludes or limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

8. Apple and external services

Apple is not responsible for the App's poker-analysis content. Apple services, including the App Store, StoreKit and purchase management, are governed by Apple's terms and policies. External links are provided for convenience; their operators are responsible for their services and content.

9. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Equity Lab Privacy Policy, linked from this page. Apple separately processes App Store and purchase information under its own privacy policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and post the current version and “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the App.
